At around 11:45, in the middle of a meeting with our acquaintance Hassan from Doha (Bethlehem area) who had called and said that the curfew had been lifted, a jeep with parachutists appeared and reimposed the curfew, not letting anybody from Bethlehem out. When I arrived, there were no soldiers and hundreds of people from the Hebron area passed into Bethlehem freely.
