There’s no DCO representative. The checkpoint is almost empty.  A car belonging to an Italian NGO wants to go through.  The checkpoint commander refuses, but changes his mind after a few minutes and agrees. “OK, you can go.”  Just like that, as if he hadn’t said no a minute ago.

Despite the promise that the DCO representative’s phone number would be posed at the checkpoint, like at Huwwara, in order to make it easier for people to contact him, there’s still no sign.
