The metal turnstiles are too narrow to let wheele-chair passing through at the Palestinian side. Only intervention of machsomWatch members helped to get the gate opened so that this man could get through.

Sedated and on respiratory devices, hanging between life and death, this tiny baby lies inside the plastic emergency aid kit box, while two ambulance crews and a doctor who sent especially for him from Mukased Hospital, work to keep him alive. The 8 month old baby is transferred "back to back" at the parking lot of the checkpoint. This move from the back of one ambulance to the other, in the wind and dust, in front of pointed rifles under the blind / indifferent / suspicious eyes of a civilian security man and a soldier, were part of the journey of this Palestinian baby to the hospital.

Settlers' family waiting at the checkpoint for a long time - taken care by the soldiers. They were served cold drinks while at the same time the Palestinians had to wait under the hot sun with no drinks served.
