Jordan Valley: Collecting water for cisterns

I had the pleasure of participating, along with many volunteers from Machsomwatch, the Jordan Valley Coalition, peace fighters and other activists, in the project to rehabilitate the cisterns of the shepherd communities in the northern Jordan Valley. We dug, deepened, cleaned and restored three cisterns and the flood that came a few hours after we finished, proved that the cisterns and canals were functioning well.
