Morning

We began at the Samaria CP. At the entrance there were soldiers, but we didn't see them stopping cars. At the entrance to Ja'main an UNRRA car was parked and unloaded sacks of food. The traffic on the streets was very sparse, At the other villages too the traffic was sparse and we saw no military vehicles or soldiers. At the Huwwara CP there were no soldiers and the cars passed without being checked. On the way back three military vehicles, one of which was an ambulance, passed through the main orad.

At Za'atara there was a CP in the direction of Ramallah. The cars were checked and at the side there was a car whose entire cargo had been unloaded for checking.

At  Kif-elhares and at Hares the roads were rather desolate.

We arrived at the club at Hares where the women waited for us, and we began with the handicraft and language lessons.
