Etzion DCL

A rather weird case. A father and son approached us. The young man said that he had been arrested in Tel Aviv in the street after illegally entering. The police brought him to court on the accusation of breaking and entering and that the judge had twice thrown the case out of court. The father claims that they had no proof. But the police had taken his phone, 2000 shekel, various other items and his scooter from the garage. But the police claim that he had not such possessions. He showed us a very long charge sheet but we could not make out if he had actually be in jail or not. He is prevented from entering Israel. We sent the sheets with the various charges to Hanna Barag who says he is not as innocent as he says. Anyhow we gave them the details of Malak (LEAP) and also of Hanna.
