A man of 26 has had a work permit for 4 years, came to the checkpoint and was handed a note to say that he is an "information or intelligence prevented ".

We still are not sure what that means. This at a time when Israel is bragging of concessions to workers from Gaza. We gave him Sylvia's details.

Two people came to renew permits for family reunions and we gave them information in case they should have problems. This we always try to do. It depends also on what time they arrive and whether we will still be there when they come out of the offices. 

Many people came either for a problem with the police or with the GSS and many of them had just been released from prison . Many had heard of Sylvia and her team. We give out her details and advise them to see that they give it to other people in their villages in case they have problems.
