Morning

We crossed the Meitar checkpoint and met with Yusuf of  Dahariya. Yusuf says many Palestinians do not receive work permits in Israel because the Hebron DCO did not make this possible. Many  people are waiting in line to get approvals at this moment  but  only some of them are approved. The queue is increasing every day.

Yusuf claims that everything is because of the Corona, there is no coordination with the PA and everyone is worried that the money is running out. Yusuf does not know people who have had Corona  and does not understand why life does not return to normal.

On the way to Khursa at the junction of El Fawwar, they put up a military checkpoint, probably because of the Corana. The soldiers sit inside the jeep and do not check.

At Khursa,  Taufik reports that at the checkpoint soldiers open in the afternoon (not worried about Corona) and check the  pedestrians. Taufik spoke to the new commander who arrived at the checkpoint and confirmed that they would continue to celebrate weddings and other events. He was told to contact him if there were problems.
