Afternoon
Jubara and gate
753

The gate to Jubara is opened
to us without any problems. We arrive at gate 735 and are allowed to
drive on to the junction where the Ar-Ras roadblock used to be, so that’s
what we do. When we return we are asked to show our ID cards. They are
checked and we continue on our way.

Anabta

There is little traffic in both
directions. Checking is performed sporadically. A police car is parking
by the roadblock and checking Israeli vehicles. The bulldozer on the
side of the uprooted olive trees keeps on working. There’s nothing
more to report on.

We drive on to the “Barrel”
roadblock. We are not allowed to continue, so we return.
