On our way we talked about the date - November 4th.

13:20 Jubara
Two vehicles are being inspected.
We must comment the checkpont which we have not seen for so long (Riva- 2 years, myself -3 years):
It is hard to recognize the place. In the past there were large cement bolcks on either side of the road. Now there are three well-organised checkposts with a roof above. To the east there is some half a kilometre of fenced road, the fence about the height of a man.

13:30 Anabta

Thin traffic, although there is always a vehicle at each of the checkposts. Drivers present their IDs . Here too it is hard not to notice the addition of large cement blocks, very high and painted green/brown.

13:50 - 16:30 We carried on to Shavei Shomron and Beit Iba.

16:40 Qalqiliya
Many vehicles and some pedestrians, probably workmen, entering town.

Random inspection of IDs and permits. The movement from the town towards Israel progresses totally unchecked.

17:10 Elijah Passage
We returned to Israel.
