6:30 There were three soldiers, and two
policemen in a car. Except for one lorry (whose driver said he has
been waiting for an hour, and hopes in 2-3 hours to be let in), the
area was strictly empty. No passengers, vehicles or taxis. We were
told there is a curfew.

7:00 Jubara checkpoint (on the apartheid road to the settlements
Avney-Hefets and Einav). It is an intersection with several dirt
roads for the Palestinians. The road has been blocked for 20 days
ago, only residents are allowed in. Two other roads were relatively
busy and slow. Most people were let in after the usual checking. 4
young men were standing in a ditch facing the wall. They were
punished for trying to bypass the checkpoint an hour before. As one
of them turned his face from the wall, the shift officer shouted to
him not to move. They had been standing there from 05:00. We
managed to convince the officer to let them go after another 30
minutes.
