At the large square of Ras el Amud, a B.P. jeep was blocking the way to Jerusalem, letting only jews to ride to the city. Palestinians with blue IDs were not allowed in. This was due to Memorial Day. About 20 people were taken out of a bus that was going from Jerusalem to Sawahre. After half an hour they were all released and 10 minutes later the jeep left. At the wall of Abu-Dis, poeple cross at the difficult passage. We asked why they don't use the gate and were told that: 1) it is far away 2) it forces them to walk 2 additional kms. 3) people from the territories don`t know about it. AH, a distinguished gentleman, said he plans to appeal to the Supreme Court about the cutting off of Eizariye and Sawarhe from Jerusalem.
