E-Ram: Everything is under control -- and that's the problem... 1/2 hour waiting line for cars, pedestrians passing fluently.Qalandya: Same as in E-Ram. Soldiers and volunteers are checking southbound traffic. Although the entire West Bank is under curfew, all orange/green ID's with permits are allowed to pass. The soldiers said that they will get stopped only if they try to get into the Municipality of Jerusalem (Checkpoint four)! Soldiers where very quiet and calm this morning. Unusually heavy presence of BP and blue Police around the Checkpoints and in the city.
