'Anata-Shu'afat, Qalandiya, Thu 24.1.13, Morning

Judy E. and Sheila B
We arrived to Qalandiya at  06:05. The lines were quite long- most probably because of the change of shift at 06:00 which stops all progress for about 10 minutes.  Soon after, however, the lines shortened and by 06:30 were basically nonexistent.  One thing that disturbed us was the fact that all the lights in the pedestrian crossing were out and the place was in total darkness.  We are worried that this may lead to trouble.
From there we went to Anata and were pleased to see that all was moving well there.
