Bethlehem, Tue 23.8.11, Morning

Bethlehem – Checkpoint 300, 6:45 am:   a lot of people outside already.  Inside the CP there are short lines to the five open check points. The checking goes very fast.  At 7:15 the check points are reduced to three. At 7:20 one of the soldiers in the CP calls to me.  She tells me to stand outside instead of where we stand opposite her. We continue to stand as we always do. A guard enters. She calls him over to tell him about us. He looks at us but does not speak to us. By 7:30 everyone has passed.
