Morning

Olive Terminal 6:50

When we passed the checkpoint eastward our impression was that there was no line and all was peaceful.
Two minutes later, the first corridor was closed.  We saw two female soldiers sitting down, one with her feet up on the table.  They didn't seem particularly busy.  In no time, lines formed at the second corridor.
At the thrid corridor mainly pupils were crossing, and there was a constant line.

As always, there is little connection between reality and the blinking lines above the turnstile, causing people to turn to the wrong places.

A - Zaayyem

We arrived by the road passing under Route #1.  Near the booth under the bridge spikes had been placed across the road, preventing the passage of cars from A-Zaayyem to A-tur.

Issawiya -- the eastern entrance near the roundabout

A jeep stands near the road leading into the depot.  A vehicle and pedestrians cross without checks.  No one came out of the jeep (perhaps it was a dummy...)

Issawiya -- the entrance from French Hill

We stood opposite the gas station.  There was a single soldier at the checkpoint.  Vehicles entered and exited without checks.  There were no pedestrians.
