Soldiers are standing and talking at the "barrel" Deir Sharaf checkpoint after the turn to Shave Shomron. A military vehicle arrives from the west and stops next to us. Two soldiers get off and would like to know what we are doing there. After a short conversation they leave and continue eastward. There are only a few cars which pass the checkpoint without being checked.
