Traffic is flowing  two ways.  Cars with
yellow license plates (Israelis, Palestinians) are detained and cannot pass
through, they are only allowed into Nablus
on Shabbat unless they have a special permit.  We stood there for 10
minutes and observed no change in the functioning of the checkpoint.
