There is fire in the fields between the village of Assira al Qibiliya and the settlement of Yitzhar. A Palestinian fire extinguishing vehicle arrived but the army prevented it from continuing. On top of the hill, the settlers try to extinguish the fire, it seems they are afraid it will reach their fields. The army enables them to extinguish the fire. A line of soldiers stands opposite the Palestinian crowd and does not permit them to approach the fire and the settlers.

The "Oketz unit" (The dogs detector unit) is present here. A bus is parked in the lot, its' passengers stand in a straight line next to it. 3 cars stand parallel to each other. The dog is an unclean animal in Islam and the Palestinians have a very hard time with having dogs introduced into their cars.

Yesterday on Nov. 7.2012 the IDF demolished two houses in the village which is located in area C. Requests for permissions to build houses in area C are denied or ignored by the civil Administration. On top of the hill is the Ariel settlement.

There are many soldiers and military vehicles at the CP. opposite them youngsters demonstrating, holding Palestine banners. A soldier told us that the demonstration is in support of Abu Mazen, and his endeavour to pass Palestine as an observer state in the United Nations.

For 25 years a family from the village of Haris had saved to build a home. It took them three years to construct a building containing two apartments. After they’d received a demolition order they contacted an attorney’s office in Ramallah to appeal. While they waited for the court hearing that was supposed to take place that morning the bulldozers arrived without warning.

שני צעירים A&O, בני 14 ו- 15 משכם, נעצרו מכיוון שלכאורה נשאו חומר נפץ. לא ראינו מתי והיכן נתפסו הילדים. כשראינו אותם הם כבר היו אזוקים ושקית הניילון שלהם עם חומרי הנפץ לכאורה משתלשלת מרובוט המשטרה. משמר הגבול ששמר עליהם אמרו לנו כי חבלן המשטרה מצא שני מטעני חבלה ואקדח מאולתר בתיק. חדשות הרדיו דיווחו כי הם נשאו ארבעה מטעני נפץ. התיק עם הנפצים לא פוצץ במקום, כרגיל, אלא נלקח למקום אחר ברכב. כאשר ביררנו כמה ימים אחר כך נאמר לנו שהיו להם סכינים.
