Nidal, who works at the square in front of Qalandiya refugee camp, pushes carts for a peddler. Here he is blamed by the soldiers of stone throwing even though he had nothing to do with the event. Nevertheless, as a "short boy" it was easy for the army to pick him up and arrest him. MachsomWatch member is trying to help.

Palestinians waiting by Gochia gate from 14:00 till 17:00. Though the gate was unlocked they didn't dare cross it without the army permission. Finally, very late, due to repeated calls from MachsomWatch members, a soldier appeared. While waiting, the Palestinians tried to warm themselves in the terrible cold by setting small fire.

The gate which had to be opened at 15:00 for half an hour, was not opened till dark and only due to repeated calls of MachsomWatch members to the army the soldiers came in dark after 5 hrs delay to let the people pass. Neither apolog nor any excuse has been submitted.
