A tractor carrying a Palestinian and his 12 years son detained on returning to the village in the afternoon. The soldiers claimed that the 12 year old boy needs a permit of his own and could not be included on his father's permit. However they cannot comment on the fact that the boy was allowed to leave the village in the morning through the same checkpoint. A call to the DCL confirmed that until the age of 16 the boy does not need a separate permit. Finally the father and his son were allowed to return home.
