7.00 We entered Jubara with no problems. The electric gate with the green light was blinking which was a sign to go through and then the locked gate.
Jubara.
One bus which collected school children and after a few minutes went through at the crossroads of Ar-Ras.
When
we went through the children's gate a ginger bearded soldier demanded
our IDs. We joked with him about this being such nonsense and also that
he had no right to demand this as he had not identified himself and was
not a policemen but so that he should feel secure and important we gave
them to him. When we came back he waved to us. At Ar-Ras the passage was
usual with no problems.
