Anata:  Nothing out of the usual.

Isawiya.  A new tent has been erected to provide cover for the forces that continue to be stationed at the exit from Isawiya to Mount Scopus.  The other two exits are unmanned and traffic flows freely.

Azariah:  Continues to slump back into neglect and disrepair

Wadi Nar:  Here we have noted a great difference over past shifts.  Whereas in the past, there were frequently long lines of vehicles waiting to get through in both directions, of late there has been much less traffic.  We have seen no workers going back and forth; no transits waiting to pick up and deliver people; no school buses.  The last few times we visited, there was scarcely any traffic at all.  Perhaps the situation is different in early morning or late in the afternoon, but when we were there – around 3:00 p.m., the area was pretty much deserted.
