Many people going north with no problem. Permits are not an issue any more going north, only south. Cars went through slowly, we timed one hour for a truck from the end of the queue to the other side of the checkpoint. The parking area of the taxis is now far away from the check point itself and blocked with concrete stones. A soldier approached us asking who we are and complimented us for our role. He said that his job at the checkpoint is frustrating and hard and that he does not know how he will do it for three years. Going back south we met a transit driver whose i.d was confiscated on Friday and now cannot be found. The soldiers acknowledged the story and promised that they will look for it. They seemed to be sincere. We called Moked and the guy spoke with the lady there who will try to help him get his i.d back.
