15:15 PM, Etzion DCL: several vehicles in the parking lot, 2 of them with people seated inside, waiting for their relatives who are in the office. According to a man waiting for his wife and mother, who were there for magnetic cards because of the coming holidays, they had been gone for over an hour. The soldier at the window said it had been quiet like this all day. We watched as 2 new arrivals were let in immediately.

16:00 PM, Bethlehem - Checkpoint 300: Many people rushing in and when it grew two crowded inside, the private security guards, who seemed more civil than usual, bade the newcomers to wait outside in two lines. Every few minutes they would let another group of people into the hall where 4 stations were open. Thus, it took between one to three minutes to pass from one side to the other. For women and children it took even less since they did not have to queue with the men outside.
