When Ramot checkpoint was functioning the yellow gate on the road leading to Biddu and Beit Ixsa was of no-use. Recently, Ramot checkpoint was disassmbled and therefore an additional metal gate was added, about 100 m. before the yellow one and both designated to block the way from the villages to route 443. Now, even, blue-ID holders need to make their way through the new checkpoint at Givat Ze'ev or through Qalandiya - the route to both is through long and poorly built roads.
