Morning

Only 4 cars in the parking lot, just two people sitting in the hall but they are not waiting to go into the office. One of them is a peace activist who had recently worked with the Peres Center for Peace, and the other, an elderly man in traditional Muslim attire, who is a Mamnua it seems. Obviously he has no idea why and he claims he has already paid (a lawyer? the court?) 4000 shekels via Ronit from Bezelem. To be on the safe side we gave him Sylvia’s number as well.

The soldier behind the window was polite and forthcoming, confirming that there was no overall pressure and informing that there are only two people inside the office. While we were talking with the two above mentioned men, 3 people arrive. They register by typing their name and ID into the machine and are immediately called in. In the parking lot we once again meet a man who declares that all is well.
