Morning

The Meitar crossing is most active  in every direction.

The entrance to Abda is open today after a long time of being closed.

At the al-Fawwar junction, we stopped to meet Fatma, the principal of the school in Znuta, and to get her from her a list  of Tarqumiya residents for the Days at the Sea.

(Fatma is the one who also organizes training sessions for the Huda kindergarten with the instructor Yasmin, and organizes the donations)

On Route 60, from Al-Fawwar junction to Hebron, many new roadblocks at the entrances to the villages..

Hebron -  It is Ramadan and this is felt in the streets and shops. There are tourists and visitors

All the checkpoints have new signs. At the junction of the passage from Kiryat Arba to Hebron - The "Hazon David" synagogue  has again been erected (like the phoenix ...).

At Abed's it is fairly quiet. Up in Tel Rumeida is a lone soldier, he says that is quiet . He spends his time talking to the Jewish inhabitants of Tel Rumeida and to  the Arabs? His answer: They do not know Hebrew ..

We met Idris on Shuhada Street who says  there is an increase of army presence today. He says that a few days ago many soldiers entered his house for no reason or with any explanation.

The schools are already on vacation, probably from today, and in the streets are many girls in festive garb, apparently to  mark the end of the year.
