Sansana (Meitar Crossing), South Hebron Hills, Zif Junction

Meitar checkpoint is closed, hence it’s deserted.  The checkpoint’s large parking lot is empty.

Very light traffic on Highway 317 - few cars on the road.

A military jeep is parked opposite the entrance to A-Tuwani, on the way to the ponds.

A border police jeep is parked at Zif junction.

Beneath the bridge on the way to Halhul (next to the glass factory bridge) the IDF together with the Border Police have set up a checkpoint to inspect Palestinian vehicles.
