Anata, Issawiyya, Wadi Nar

Anata:  Huge fumes of dust and lots of noise as the grinding machines were working at full force, spewing the noxious materials over the children awaiting transportation home from school.  Water was sprayed to lessen the impact, but scarcely helped.

Isawiya:  No changes at the three exits.  Military presence still exists at the exit to Mt. Scopus.

En route to Wadi Nar:  There was some earth moving equipment between the Bedouin encampment and Wadi Nar.   Also, we noted some military presence there, either supervising the activities or monitoring them.  Whatever the case, there have been gradual changes in the area over the last few weeks.

More traffic than usual at Wadi Nar, but it moved without impediment.
