Morning

05:50 – Barta’a Checkpoint, Upper Parking Lot
When we arrived, the guard asked us to park the car in the parking lot and not by the side of the road.  There were two lines (our estimation is between 300-500 people), of Palestinians who were waiting to pass through the turnstile.  The average time it took to get through was about 15 minutes.

06:30 – Anin Checkpoint
The checkpoint opened at 06:35 and closed at exactly 07:30
The Palestinians passed through individually, as well as 2 tractors and 3 mules.
Around the time that the checkpoint closed, a man passed through and told us that a few days ago, the soldiers spoke very impolitely and told them to shut up.

07:40 – Tura-Shaked Checkpoint
Generally, it was very quiet.
A transportation driver, whose vehicle was full, asked us to take a woman, who had arrived from Jenin, to the school in Umm Reihan, where she worked as a teacher.

08:50 – Barta’a Checkpoint, Upper Parking Lot
At the checkpoint, the police was giving tickets to Palestinian drivers and 2 vehicles were even confiscated. There was much anger among the Palestinians.
We left the checkpoint at 09:15.
