Deir Sharaf, Mon 20.4.09, Morning

On arrival we see a bulldozer working
above the checkpoint (near Shavei Shomron) digging the new road which
is under contruction. 

There is a dog handler checking cars
arriving from the direction of Nablus.  Cars in the opposite direction
are not stopped.  Those vehicles being stopped are random and unpredictable. 
A bus goes through unchecked.  On the other hand, a taxi is stopped
and checked by the dog handler (about 7 minutes).
