Morning

06:45 Irtach
It is still the holiday, the last day of Id el Adhah, so relatively few workers are here. The atmosphere is calm. No complaints.
Four checkposts are open and so they did not wait for long.
"Come next sunday and you'll see what happens... "

07:20 Ar-Ras
Reservists. They look at us and ask who we are. They listen. One
is thinking about it, another seems scornful. There is hardly any
traffic in the checkpoint itself. Here and there a car arrives , it is
inspected and goes through.

07:40 Anabta
Very little traffic. No pedestrians. two cabs await passengers.
One of the cab drivers tells us that on the day of the Hebron
riots, settlers threw stones at his cab windows, while he was driving
with passengers. Later another driver arrived and told us that many cab
windows had been smashed on that day.
We took an official testimony for 'Yesh Din' ('There is Justice') from the complaining driver.
