14:30-16-30 Wadi Nar

Before the square,  coming from Ma'aleh Adumim, traffic police vehicles had stopped two cars with yellow license plates, and were writing tickets.  We had not been to Wadi Nar for at least two months -- the same dust, and three laboureres working on the descending road.

Heavy traffic of private cars.  The soldiers stop almost every one; a quick check of the trunk, and sometimes of papers.  Few detaineesinfo-icon. The checks are fairly quick. The young passengers of one taxi were requested to unload the suitcases which were quickly examined. Few workers cross at the checkpoint.  A truck driver waves and throws us a baladi orange.

On the way back to East Jerusalem, at Sheikh Jarach, we encounter police blocking the road.
