Morning

06.30.
Shaar Efraim.  There are about 10 cars in line and a small number of Palestinian labourers.  No unusual activity.

06.40.
There is no line of vehicles entering.
We see a line of 16 cars waiting to exit.  There are brief checks of cars, random checks of the car boot/trunk, cars with Israeli license plates.
We depart at 06.50 with a long line of cars behind us despite short checks.

07.20
Shvut Ami.  The place looks empty but opposite, on the other side of the road is a "campsite" with a sign "PIZZA" written on it.  We see kids, tents and food containers scattered around.

07.25
Jit junction is not manned.

08.50
Anabta
Both main entrances to Ramin (above checkpost) are blocked.  The only entrance is via the checkpost and a very circuitous route.
The checkpost itself is quiet and very little traffic.
We have a friendly discussion with the soldiers and leave at 09.50

10.15
Aras
The junction is quiet with very little traffic.  As usual, it is extremely hot.  A friendly talk with 2 of the reserve soldiers develops and they are curious to learn about the organization.
