Complaints by the porters who transport
goods through the checkpoint with their carts.  They can't bring
merchandise through if there's no dog available to check it (a new
restriction).  At the checkpoint it turned out that food could go through
until 10 AM.  The dog arrives at 10, and then goods can go through. 
Nevertheless, the DCO officer himself examined and released goods
belonging to a woman who had already gone through the checkpoint.  We
asked why the dog can't arrive in the morning.  The officer said they'll
recommend it.
