07:10 - Rihan checkpoint
People cross over from one side to the other rather swiftly. On both sides people are asked to get into the inspection booth, on the Seam Line Zone side no one is exempt from inspection, while at the entrance to the West Bank, school children are exempt.
It could very well be that at this time of day there are not so many people wishing to cross over, or that it is simply that passage on this checkpoint streams along fast. It was difficult to decide but in most cases this checkpoint operates "ok".

07:35 - Reihan checkpoint
At this time most of the daily workers have already gone through from the West Bank into the Seam Line Zone, although there are still about 10 white vans awaiting passengers going into the Seam Line zone.
At the lower car park area people arrive at the yellow gate and get un singly or in groups.
3 vans loaded with vegetables are awaiting passage.
A Palestinian from Kapeen wants to cross over to his family land in the Seam Line Zone but, despite his valid agriculture passage permit, and the fact that at times he is allowed to cross over - today he was denied.
