In general - people and vehicles, who aren't able to pass from one place to another without permission, being checked, or waiting.
Beit Iba
7:30 - 8:30
No lines, of people or of cars (because of the checkpoint arrangements or because people are staying home? Not clear.) The people leaving Nablus are busy fastening their belts and putting on their shoes. It's always embarassing, being forced to dress in public, to concentrate on what should be a private act - looping a belt around your waist, buckling it. Reservists randomly check those passing through. They're nice, even to us. Glad to leave in a day or so.
