A-Ram, 06:30. Almost no car
traffic, only pedestrians. A 90 years old woman accompanied by her
son was not allowed to pass in order to go to the hospital, because
she didn't have a permit. Why, we asked. Because "a
Palestinian is a Palestinian", was the answer.

Qalandya: Many soldiers and volunteers. We saw children in
the queue and asked why. The soldiers said that adults use children
to avoid the queue. And those children who come without an adult?
They agreed to let them pass by the side.
