Qalandya: Complete closure, only blue IDs pass, but not even
serious humanitarian cases. A woman married to an East Jerusalem
resident who has a. permit for six monts was not allowed to pass
(until the DCO intervened).. Still, the soldiers and volunteers
were decent despite the strict. restrictions. Only food and
medicines were allowed northbound, and all other. trucks were asked
to return - it created enormous traffic jam.
