Abu-Dis

The gate has been reopened! The locals
are pleased. One woman didn't notice that it was open and climbed
over the low side of the wall as usual! Wadi Nar is open and
traffic is flowing. We saw a lot of trucks laden with merchandise
entering Jerusalem, apparently from Hebron. An officer told us that
there is another checkpoint down in Kidron valley. On the whole
things were peaceful.
