Qalandiya

Very quiet, very little traffic
everywhere, nobody in Tora Bora. The soldiers in both checkpoints
did not know whether there was any closure. A huge traffic jam on
the the way back to French Hill, an impromptu checkpoint. The quiet
atmosphere, the limited traffic both of pedestrians and cars,
coupled with what looked likke two Israeli Special Security men
gave an eerie feeling.
