Qalandiya

Ar-Ram, 6:20am: Very few people and
cars when we arrived, no pedestrian queue and a very short car
queue.

Qalandya South: Nothing unusual. Palestinians are not
checked.

Qalandya North: Not too crowded, the queue took 3 minutes, no
detainees. A new measure has been implemented: children have to
stand in the queue and can't sidestep it as before. This, we are
told, is because when children were allowed, other people tried
also, making the soldiers' work harder.
