6:45AM: The "new Gate" was
closed and a concrete slab put in front of it, fiercely guarded by
fierce BPs. The female soldier said the gate was closed because of
terror alert, and she was very afraid for us to come a bit closer
to the gate. Another soldier said that from now on there will be no
passing there. Down at the gas station was another group of
soldiers, watching children and able people climb over on their way
to school mainly. The BP had no idea when they would be allowed to
pass humanitarian cases.
