Morning

This is the morning after the terrorist's attach, and we expect tension, and more military presence.

Anata, the checkpoint

There are many vehicles crowded at the place, like every ,morning between seven and eight.

The cars are being checked more throughly, but there is no tension in the air. Men and children are waiting for transportation, taxis are waiting for passengers, and at the checkpoint pedestrians with blue IDs keep going through quickly.

A-Ram

The usual line of seven or eight cars is waiting, and the cars are being checked more thoroughly. School girls are waiting in small groups for the soldier who is leafing through a big bag of papers. It is not raining yet, but snow is expected later in the week, and the school girls will keep waiting without a cover.

On the way to Wadi Naar

Jerusalem hills are covered with fog, but on part of the way there is smog coming up from the wadi and the long line of cars contributes to the strong stench.

The container checkoint

The cars are being checked'but are sent on their way without evil delays. The sodleirs are more comfortable. Most of them are BP men.
