Tarqumiya, Thu 3.1.08, Morning

Many workers were waiting in line when we arrived at 6:00 A.M., with the line reaching outside the covered area.  There were no delays. The workers reported that they waited 15-30 minutes. The officer in charge had no new information about the opening of the new checkpoint. There were many trucks waiting to cross. We left at 6:45.
