Afternoon

On our way to the Islamic University we saw people jumping above the wall while the BP near the Cliff Hotel shout at them from time to time. The checkpoint on the hill will apparently be opened, starting 13.5, everyday from 06:00-08:00, 12:00-14:00 & 16:00-18:00, and everyone will be checked - the rest of the time the gate will be closed. Abu Dis feels like a big prison for orange ID holders. There were large groups of detainees near the gate and near the gas station. Perhaps our standing there till they were all released, hurried the procedure.
