In all three checkpoints there was a lot of traffic which moved swiftly. Qalandya south was manned, but there was hardly any checking. In Qalandya north the checking moved very fast and not everybody ws checked. The unit was a very civil and efficient reserve unit. Is this a policy change? we ask.
