Abu Dis: When we arrived there was a group of 15 Palestinians held up on their way to Jerusalem, about 200 meters south of the wall. After about 30 minutes, they were all sent back, and the BP Jeep left. No BP at the wall, and people were crossing freely.Wadi Nar: No checkpoint, so we went down the road about 1 KM to the temporary checkpoint. 10 minutes later, the BP Jeep went up to set a checkpoint at the "Kiosk". Our film making guests wanted to see some "action", so we drove southward up to Beit Sakhur -- and didn't find action, except for the construction of Avigdor Liberman's Jerusalem to Nokdim Highway, and the beautiful view. Driving back, we were stopped for over an hour, and decided to stay with our taxi driver. Appeals to Alexander the BP were useless. But the commander in charge Haviv arranged for all IDs to be returned, but not the car itself. Along with the driver, we took another transit back to the wall.
