We received a phone call from T. A., who lives at the end of the line of houses after the old age home. We spoke to her and she told us that the army is telling her and her neighbors to build a gate in the entrance to their neiborhood - on their own expense. If not - the army will put a wall there. As T.was not there, we went uphill and met her neighbors who were enraged at this order. One of them, took us to a whole tour around. He said there are Palestinians using his garden and his yard as passage, but he can't and won't stop them. "They have to feed their families" he said. The gate to the university was open. The passage next to the gas station was moved up the hill and passing is even more difficult. border police jeeps were driving around, not stopping anyone. We tried to talk to a high ranking officer but he just brushed us off.
